Guidelines for Adding Callisto to Your Resource List

Thank you for your willingness to add information about Callisto to your website. We are excited to have an opportunity to connect with survivors who are looking for additional support services. As you make considerations about adding us to your website and resource lists, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Please do not refer to Callisto as a “reporting service” or “reporting tool.”

  • Be clear that Callisto is a third-party organization that does not share information with Title IX or police.

Examples:

CALLISTO (pronouced: cuh-LIST-oh)

Confidential; does not report to Title IX or police

Callisto is a national nonprofit organization that uses technology to empower survivors of sexual violence. Callisto offers an encrypted platform, Callisto Vault, that enables campus survivors to safely document an assault and/or match with others harmed by the same perpetrator. Survivors can use the platform regardless of who the offender is, when and where the assault took place, and whether or not they choose to report. Callisto’s cutting-edge technology protects and empowers survivors, while increasing the likelihood that repeat perpetrators will be detected and held accountable.

Everyone with an active .edu email address - faculty, staff, students, and even some alumni - has FREE access to Callisto Vault. To create your account, vis
